Superintendent's assistant/Handiman - Northwest Yonkers- Full time Responsibilities: Handyman jobs, Porter duties & light landscaping for small residential building Pay: $21hrs an hour - 40hrs a week - On the books. This position does not come with an apartment. Looking to start immediately. You must have reliable transportation to and from work. Some skills in plumbing, carpentry, electrical, tile preferred but not essential if willing to learn. Must be able carry materials up and down stairs.
