From basic seeding & transplanting through harvest & drying, you will learn about the types of herbs, why we grow specific plants, which parts are used for healing, how and when to harvest, and how to dry & store for the longest use. Participants will receive reference handouts with growing charts & information. Two class times to choose from; 11-12 pm or 1-2 pm!
