A Seasonally Inspired Wine and Food Pairing set in a Garden Come join us for a lovely evening of Food & Wine!La Table Fleurie and Hip Chicks Do Wine are partnering up together to bring you a festive evening of our favorite wines paired with local, seasonal food. Hip Chicks will be presenting 5 of their best varieties of wine and will discuss what goes into making that type and the flavors to look for. La Table Fleurie will be creating a Pacific Northwest and Summer Inspired Menu paired specifically to each of the wines using ingredients from her own farm down the road. Each ticket includes 5 tastings of wine and 5 tastings of food ranging from appetizers to dessert. Please let us know how large (or intimate) your party is and we will seat you accordingly. Farmer and Chef: All of my events use what is currently growing on my little farm here in Portland, Oregon. I create Seasonally Inspired Menus and love putting flavors and textures together, including food, drink, lighting and florals to create a memorable dining experience.
