2 hours of hands-on self-defense training followed by 45 minutes of BodyFlow, a yoga-based program, to help the participants unwind.
Join us as our special guests, Noel and Chelsea Bowman from Bowman Systems MMA, teach us Jiu Jitsu-based self-defense tactics to keep ourselves and our loved ones safe from harm. After the hands-on course, participants are invited to stay for a special 45 minute version of BodyFlow that utilizes yoga movements and breathing to unwind after the training.
