In this free professional development class, we will take a look at the different grades levels of beef and what they mean for quality and eating experience. We’ll look at cuts of beef from an ungraded cut of steak all the way to USDA Prime and every grade in between, so you can see and taste the difference.

Mask use:
In accordance with federal and local guidance, mask wearing is required for anyone able while indoors at Columbus State Community College events. Children two years and under are not required to wear a mask.
Parking:
We are located at 250 Cleveland Ave, Columbus Ohio 43215 You can park in any of the lots surrounding the building. Parking is free.
