Looking for a very motivated individual to help a small company with all types of construction and repair projects. Must have experience in construction and a variety of different repair skills. The majority of the work will be residential apartment work. Some of the responsibilities include turning over apartments in a timely manner, basic carpentry, electric, and plumbing. Must know how to change locks, install window screens, patch walls and paint. Fast growing company.
