Bradford Shawsheen Coating Technologies (BSCT) seeks a bright, detail-oriented, and highly organized Quality Assurance Laboratory Technician to join their Quality Assurance team in Lowell, Massachusetts. The QA Lab Technician will perform light duty lab testing at the direction of the Quality Assurance Laboratory Supervisor. The successful candidate is comfortable working independently and has a solid understanding of the concept of quality.  PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES - Retrieve samples from production lines.  * Log all incoming samples into the system. - Test all finished goods prior to shipping.  - Prepare and test all airbags for long-form testing. - Participate in inter-lab studies. - Maintain verification logs on various equipment. - Perform routine maintenance and housekeeping. - Prevent any issues relating to product, process, and quality systems. * Identify and record any problems relating to the product, process, and quality system. * Provide solutions through designated channels. * Verify the implementation of solutions. * Control further operations of defective products until resolved. - Other duties as needed.  WAGE BSCT offers a competitive wage commensurate with experience.  BENEFITS BSCT offers an excellent benefits package after 90 days of employment, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid holidays and sick time, and eligibility for 401k after 6 months. SCHEDULE This is a full-time position scheduled Monday through Friday, 4:00 am - 1:00 pm with additional overtime as needed.  QUALIFICATIONS - High school diploma or equivalent required.  - Associate’s degree preferred.  - Basic math and computer skills. - Ability to follow written instructions. - Ability to lift up to 25 pounds. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Willingness to work overtime if needed.  - Comfortable and able to work safely in a laboratory environment.  - Familiarity with analytical techniques and laboratory procedures.  - Minimum of 1-2 years of prior experience in Quality Assurance preferred.  APPLY ONLINE AT bsct.hirescore.com No phone calls or walk-ins, please.
