Locally based management company is looking for residential maintenance technicians, ready to hire immediately if you have skills and experience in the following areas: * Painting * Drywall repair * Light plumbing to include leak repair, water heater replacement, toilet and faucet repair and installation * Minor electrical such as replacing outlets, switches, and light fixtures * Changing locks, repairing doors and frames * Some appliance repair on stoves and refrigerators * HVAC experience would be a plus but not required If you can perform the above duties and are honest, reliable, and take pride in your work, we would like to talk with you about the opportunity.
