Where TF are they getting these people? with Wed., Aug. 19, 12;25PM, beardo weirdo, Humboldt St + Norman Ave. blue windbreaker with purple hood, beige construction boots, black shorts with Roman numerals, asshole cap. He needs a windbreaker with a hood but is out in shorts! Is there something about that street crossing that makes guys go out in long shorts but also in need of hoods in case it gets cold? Serious question.
