Looking for a garage to rent for storage of tools and to help my small (but growing) carpentry business! Most of the rents for studio space or warehouses are out of my price range at the moment. So I am looking for something short or long term that could house my work and I wouldn't have to be weary of the weather. I am a responsible, clean and friendly tenant! I am looking for a garage space that is at least 10ft x 19ft. I am looking to pay $450 but can negotiate on spaces depending on the size and other amenities. The space would preferably be around the Morgan L stop but that is also flexible. So if you looking to make a little extra dough on your space please let me know! Thank you!
