I am looking for a strong, fast, fearless, respectable, hard working, and local person (within a 30 +/- mile radius) to work on my fishing boat. I am willing to train the right candidate. If you do drugs or drink excessively, cannot work in the cold, are not hardworking and reliable, are dishonest, have a bad attitude, are a whiner, or unable to remain at sea for several days - please do not apply! We work everyday (overnight trips) and start at approximately 2am during the summer and fall. Depending on the fish, that may continue into the winter and spring months or we may again be out for several days at a time. This schedule may fluctuate due to the weather and other conditions. This is posted so that you know that you will be expected to be here to work, no exceptions. This is an extremely difficult job! I am strict and expect the best from those who work for me! If I feel you may be a fit, then you must be immediately available for a working interview. Pay is a % of daily catch price; payable weekly.
