Description

Learn about creatures of the night with DEC's Summer Program Staff. This interactive hike is fun for the family! Creatures of the Night: Humans are not adapted for life in the total dark, but many animals are! We will take a full moon walk to look for signs of these amazing creatures while using our senses to safely explore a trail at night. We'll also play wildlife to discover some of the unique adaptations that help nocturnal animals to navigate, hunt and survive in the dark. Please register only if you plan on attending. While spaces are limited at each event, there are many events to choose from throughout the summer! This is a family program. Children under the age of 18 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
