Come get messy with us!! The Crew is on their way to the CrossFit Games and wants to party with you before they leave. Come join us on July 18th to get your tie-dye on, eat some good food, and hang with the team. If you would like to come early to check out the team while they train you are more than welcome to from 12pm-2pm. Included in the price is: A MFLH WHITE T-SHIRT TIE-DYE SUPPLIES FOOD DRINKS (NON-ALCOHOLIC) **Bring your own chairs, blankets to sit outside. All money raised will go to the TEAM to alleviate expenses.
