We are a Property Management company with 500+ properties and continuing to grow. We are looking for an experienced Handyman / Contractor that would like the opportunity to potentially make $1,000+ per week completing inspections and various maintenance work orders on occupied homes. We have lots of open work orders and ready to start someone immediately. EXPERIENCE NEEDED Light Plumbing Light Electrical Light Carpentry Drywall / Finishing Painting CONTRACTOR MUST HAVE All Tools Needed To Complete Work Reliable Transportation Cell Phone (Android or iPhone smartphone) Basic Knowledge of email and taking pictures on their phone Great communication skills Great customer service skills Pay is $50 for first hour $25/hr after that plus materials. Example: Spent 2 hours replacing a $15 kitchen sink P-Trap would pay $90 total ($50 for first hour, $25 for second hour, $15 for material). Pay is every Friday. This is not a full time position, but lots of work and could easy keep someone busy as much as they wanted to work. We expect our contractors to be 100% DRUG FREE!
