Found Deceased terrier

56th, Indianapolis IN

Description

This morning I saw a deceased little tan terrier on 56th street in from of IHOP. I called animal control to come pick him/her up. The dog had a black harness on, but no tags. I moved her to the side of the median so she wouldn’t by damaged further. I didn’t hit her, but couldn’t bear to leave someone’s pet like that. If someone wants to try to identify her, I can try to answer questions.
