Stellum Bourbon & Rye tasting at Clayton & Crume We really have a first-class evening lined up for you at Clayton & Crume's flagship shop in the charming NuLu neighborhood. The folks with Barrell Bourbon have just launched a new whiskey brand called Stellum. Stellum Spirits is devoted to bringing American whiskey into the modern age with simple, elegant blends and single barrels selected with care and intention. Their bourbon and rye won gold and double gold at the San Francisco Spirits Competition. Both are delicious and bottled at barrel strength. Clayton & Crume have developed an amazing collection of leather goods crafted right here in Louisville.  You'll be greeted with a welcome cocktail at you arrive at their upstairs event space, a former boxing gym where Muhammad Ali trained. Everyone will get to use the stamping press to create their own leather coaster. As an added bonus, we will hear from Tommy Craggs and Josh Howes about their plans for a private bourbon club called Watch Hill Proper, scheduled to open early next year in Norton Commons. Watch Hill Proper is a place to experience bourbon like never before. Their purpose is to be a community built around a common interest - bourbon. And their goal is to be a community of ambassadors for Kentucky’s signature industry. And do it in style. The Bourbon Brotherhood is already making arrangements to host events at this amazing new bourbon clubhouse next year. And of course we'll provide appetizers and awesome door prizes as always.
