Come join us at 12p with Dr. Brooke and Dr. Ruth Ann from PeakRx Therapy, to discuss common women’s health-in-exercise topics. In this free workshop, we will debunk common myths surrounding women in exercise, discuss our pelvic floor and provide helpful information to optimize your fitness and decrease injury rates.
