In our Cooking at the Market Demonstration you'll learn how to make recipes to impress your guests in a fun environment led by some of our favorite local chefs and instructors. Cooking doesn't have to be scary! Let us share our love for fresh, local flavors with you and your family. Guests will get to try each item made and take home the recipes!
This Early Summer Dinner Menu class will be taught by Jody Perrecone of Perrecone Wellness, a certified nutrition consultant who loves to cook creative, healthy dishes and Diana Kramer, a licensed personal chef. They will instruct students on how to create three delicious dishes for those who are short on time but don't want to compromise on quality.
Dishes you'll learn to prepare:
-Cucumber Cups with Whipped Chive Cream Cheese, Smoked Salmon & Honey Drizzle-Mixed Green Salad with Beets, Oranges, Goat Cheese, Toasted Pecans & Vinaigrette-Coriander Pistachio Butter Roasted Whitefish with Orzo Pasta & Sugar Snap Peas -Amaretto Infused Chocolate Dipped Strawberries
Demonstration is limited to 12 people, so you'll get plenty of up close teaching.. You will enjoy a generous taste of every dish, and a free glass of wine on us!
