We are pleased to offer employment in the clean energy industry with a competitive compensation and benefits package that includes: Paid Holidays Paid Vacation Paid Sick Time 401(k) Medical, Vision and Dental HSA Option Life Insurance w/AD&D Supplemental Insurance Employee Assistance Program Tuition Assistance Program Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Cleans, sanitizes and stocks paper supplies in restrooms, break room and common areas Sweeps and mops restrooms, break room, common areas, other areas as needed Disposes of trash and recyclables from restrooms, break room, common areas, and production line in accordance with Toward Zero Waste regulations Processing materials for packaging reuse program, including repetitive sorting, vacuuming, and brushing of the module corner protector pieces; and packaging the pieces into boxes for reuse Outside grounds maintenance including trash pickup, ground drain cleaning & sweeping of walkways & shipping areas. Ensures that parking lot is free of litter and debris Ensure that sanitation and quality standards are being met Ability to follow directions closely Working knowledge of cleaning products for effective and safe use Ability to read and write in English Other duties as assigned by management which may include: sweeping & mopping warehouses Skills/Knowledge: High level of attention to detail to ensure that sanitation & quality standards are being met. Working knowledge cleaning products used for cleaning & sanitation. Knowledge & use of small hand power tools, snow blower, pressure washer Ability to paint & repair walls Can follow directions & work independently Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent Preferred Qualifications 6 or more months of experience in custodial services Physical: Noise Exposure: Elevated levels: 75% of time Repetitive Motions: 90% of time Standing: 90% of time Lifting: Up to 50 pounds 10% of time, 25 pounds 15%, > 10 pounds 75% of time Walking: 90% of time Outdoor Exposure: >50% of time Our team works in a state-of-the-art facility with safe, healthy, clean, and climate-controlled conditions.
