You're invited to the MADE@Plainfield ribbon cutting ceremony and grand opening celebration! Join us for the MADE@Plainfield Grand Opening celebration on Thursday, July 29th at 1pm. MADE@Plainfield is a collaborative project that brings lifelong learning to adults throughout Central Indiana. Traditional classrooms, hands-on learning and certifications will prepare today's workforce for jobs of the future. We are following the guidelines of the CDC, those who are vaccinated are not required to wear a mask. Plainfield is a community of over 34,000 residents located southwest of Indianapolis near the Indianapolis International Airport.  A business friendly community, Plainfield has built itself into a nationally recognized center for logistics, distribution, and ecommerce with over 40 million square feet of industrial space and growing. Plainfield has become an important center of employment in the Central Indiana region. The Town continues to enhance its economy and maintains one of the lowest tax rates in the greater Indianapolis area.
