Description

• Phase One – 4.0 tons of pea gravel stone for under slab subbase to level existing excavation. Grade level to be ready for under slab insulation by others. No room for bobcat, so will be wheel barrow work thru basement windows. Work on Friday, June 25th or over weekend, if possible. • Dig & pour Two (2) 18-inch concrete piers @ rear porch @ 50 inches total height; 42 inches down to frost dig. I have the Sonotube on site already. Excavation in Phase One, to be ready for inspections. • Dig & pour One (1) 14-inch concrete piers @ rear porch @ 50 inches total height; 42 inches down to frost dig. I have the Sonotube on site already. Excavation in Phase One, to be ready for inspections. • Haul excess spoils from piers to dumpster @ front of house. • Phase Two Work as listed below. Pour on Thursday, July 1st if possible. • New 3-inch concrete basement slab, WWF flat sheets (not rolls), power trowel & smooth finish, saw cut control joints or Zip strips – 36’-8” x 20’-10” area, so approximately 770 SF of new concrete basement slab. YES, 3-inch-thick slab due to low head clearance in existing basement. • Basement slab will need to be pumped from street. Deck Piers could be wheel barrowed through garage into back yard if you wish. • 150 SF of 2-inch mud slab (float finish) in rear crawl space. • Construction budget for this work is $6,500.00 • I will be on site Thursday morning if you want to meet up & discuss a program. • Looking for professional crew with equipment to complete 100% as listed above. Not day labor help.
