Join ACR in turning waste into something wonderful! In this workshop, we will use discarded fabric sample books to create one of a kind stuffy friends to share or keep as our own. Kids can practice their fine motor skills by learning how to hand sew, and explore their attention to detail as we create unique stuffy friends for all! This workshop is appropriate for ages 8+. Minors must be accompanied by a ticketed adult at all times. About the Instructor: Kaysie, ACR's Communications Specialist, is an avid reuser and Jane of all Trades. She likes to experiment with the vast supply of materials that come to ACR and learn new things every day! Our mission is to promote conservation and reuse in our community through creativity, education and community building.  One of our core values is that Communities are powerful : It’s more fun to play together and collaborate with the experts in our area to conserve vital resources.
