Express Employment Professionals in Bellingham is urgently recruiting Housekeepers/Room Attendants/Janitors for a busy resort in Blaine, WA. Housekeepers/Room Attendants/Janitors Location: Blaine, WA Pay: Earn $14.00 per hour Schedule: Two shifts available: Day Shift 8:00am-4:30pm OR Swing Shift 1:30am-10:00pm; days to be determine. Responsibilities and qualifications may include, but are not limited to: -These are entry-level positions! -Cleaning and sanitizing rooms -Stocking new products -Making beds -Taking dirty linens out of the rooms -Disposing of refuse -Keep all hallways, public areas, and closets clean, neat, swept, and vacuumed -Prepare housekeeping cleaning cart for the next day's use -Return all borrowed items (i.e. irons/boards, hairdryer, etc.) to the Houseperson for a safe return back to Executive Housekeeper -Immediately report any maintenance repairs to the Executive Housekeeper -Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly, service-oriented manner -Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which include wearing the proper uniform and nametag when working -Clean public areas, stock storerooms, and perform laundry and turndown duties -Cleaning and maintaining the appearance of the public areas of the property, back of the house, and public restrooms -Clean ash urns -Vacuum carpeted areas -Dust furniture and equipment -Perform carpet extraction as required -Maintain vinyl tile floors as required -Polish furniture and bright equipment including, but not limited to, associated furniture/equipment -Familiar with proper use of all cleaning equipment and chemicals -Maintain knowledge of all MSDS relating to cleaning solvents -Perform laundry/linen receipt and distribution duties -Clean administrative offices as assigned -Must be willing and able to work non-traditional schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays -Other duties as assigned For confidential consideration, we offer several ways to apply: -Call or text our office at 360-734-2457 for an immediate phone interview. -Complete an online application on our website: www.expresspros.com/apply -Schedule a 15-minute consultation with our Intake Specialist: www.Calendly.com/megan-shipley -If you do not have time to fill out an application, let us know!
