Teens will learn and practice tools to better manage uncertainty, change, and discomfort through twice weekly, 50 minute sessions.
10:00-10:50 Preview for ages 16-19.
11:00-11:50 Preview for ages 13-15.
Teens will practice mindfulness through meditation, Breathwork, yin yoga and life skills in a small face-to-face group. We cap at 16.
