Looking to hire a manual labor employee in a material recovery facility. Ability to work outdoors Ability to wet, sweep, and maintain the working floors clean Able to lift 30-50 lbs. Ability to work on sorting line Must be able to work as a unit Job Type: Full-time Monday- Friday 8 hours daily 5 Am start time Saturday Half day A mechanical claw grabs a handful of material from the tipping floor and drops it into a shaker screen separating the fines from the bulk material which evenly distributes the recyclables onto a conveyor belt. Workers extract wood, cardboard, metal, concrete and other items that might jam up the line, as well as anything that won't fit through the sorter
