Christianson Air Conditioning and Plumbing has an immediate opening for an onsite facilities maintenance employee. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Perform a variety of tasks involving manual labor in building maintenance, landscape and irrigation • Operate and maintain power tools and mechanical equipment to improve condition and performance • Light vehicle and equipment maintenance to include repairing tires and changing batteries • Assist in general property clean up - trash & debris from grounds, building and warehouse • Power washing sidewalks, buildings, etc. • Lawncare and yard maintenance - properly and safely operate all lawn care equipment along sidewalks, flower beds, trees, buildings, fences and yard • Must be comfortable working in an outdoor environment • Maintain a clean, safe work environment & attend all mandatory safety meetings • Work independently, without immediate supervision, • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with peers and others with whom he/she will have contact • Other duties as assigned Requirements: • High standards for occupational hazards and standard safety procedures • Must be able to understand and follow verbal and written instructions and communicate clearly, professionally and concisely both verbally and in writing •This job requires stooping, bending, climbing, and capability of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds • Must have reliable transportation and a valid Driver’s License with a clean record • Be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check What we offer: • Company Paid Employee Medical Insurance and Life Insurance • Dental & Vision Insurance • Short Term Disability • Long Term Disability • 5 Paid holidays • Paid Time Off • 401K including employer match To Apply: All applicants must fill out a Company application.
