We are Dat Band, an established interactive live band playing in Louisiana and the surrounding areas. We play popular music spanning the decades, to appeal to all generations and musical tastes. Male Lead Singers Female Lead Singers Guitarist Bassist Drummers Keyboardist Job Description 1. Responding to communication in a timely manner (24 hours or less). 2. Maintaining current repertoire from song library. https://datband.com/songs/ 3. Learning new music assigned to you from your bandleader or musical director. 4. Preparing for and attending rehearsals. 5. Bringing the right gear you need to perform, ensuring that it is properly maintained and performance ready. 6. Arriving promptly for call times listed on job worksheets. 7. Sending your block out dates when you know you’ll be unavailable. 8. Finding subs for absent dates. 9. Having a professional & friendly demeanor at all times towards your colleagues and venue / client contacts. 10. Adhering to the dress code. 11. Putting your “performance face” on when onstage - smiling, moving / dancing, and engaging guests, interacting with your colleagues onstage and with guests, showing that you are invested in the performance.
