Help Making Native American Flutes - Woodworker needed!

Hi There! I have a small business making Native American Flutes and am looking for someone with wood working skills to assist in parts or all of the construction process. Ideally I imagine someone who has their own tools (table saw, lathe, drill press, router table, sander etc.) and skills who could also add their creative ideas to the process. Pay is negotiable but I'm thinking some kind of partnership could be arranged with a pay per piece type of arrangement that rewards efficiency and innovation as to how the flutes are made. It would definitely be a part time gig that grows over time as we sell more flutes. If this sounds like something of interest to you please let me know your availability and skills.
