Ok, I have gone down to West Bank Park and drove the length looking for some fun. I have seen guys and some girls parked, how do you know if they are looking? How do you approach a parked vehicle and strike up a conversation? I know there are other areas but I just don't know how to figure out if any ones looking for fun. I have parked hoping someone would pull in but everyone seems to just drive by. HELP! I wanna have some fun!
