Enjoy a weekend hike with Dr. Dyer at Parkville Nature Sanctuary! Discover how spending time in nature can improve your overall health. Join Dr. Dyer at the beautiful Parkville Nature Sanctuary for a nature walk! This 2-mile hike will include some optional opportunities to get your heart rate up, as well as a group meditation. Event location: We will meet at the picnic tables next to the parking lot before the hike! Be sure to bring plenty of water and sturdy shoes. The goal of Nature Walk with a Doc is to make hope and nutrition education accessible to all! We invite you to get some steps, learn about health, and meet new friends while spending quality time in the great outdoors. Any PIH member to complete the hike will earn a $15 supplement credit!
