Take your fitness regimen outside and enjoy the beautiful summer scenery. Join us for a 60-minute outdoor fitness boot camp on Friday, June 25th at 7:00 pm at Macken Park. Meet other local health-minded nature lovers to exercise and motivate each other. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes, remember your water bottle, and bring your A-game! We welcome all fitness levels and encourage you to challenge yourself in the great outdoors. As always, any PIH member who attends this event will receive a $15 supplement credit!
