Job Requirements & Responsibilities: Work is in South Springfield Ozark and Nixa General office cleaning Dusting Cleaning & Disinfecting Vacuuming Cleaning restrooms : Sinks, Toilets, Urinals, Empty Trash Etc. Cleaning Care : Carpet Cleaning Floor Burnishing and Refinishing Window Cleaning Emptying Trash We are a full service office cleaning service. We offer a wide variety of cleaning service. Job duties are not limited to the above list. Qualifications for Office Cleaning Personnel High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required Ability to observe safety and security procedures and to comply with policies Ability to read and interpret written information; ability to write clear statements; ability to communicate orally Must be able to do physical work and be able to lift up to but not limited to 80 lbs. and operate power equipment normally found in janitorial operations Attention to detail Ability to follow schedules and keep commitments Ability to follow directions from a supervisor Ability to demonstrate professionalism Must be able to manage time efficiently and to work individually as well as within a team Pass and maintain clean back ground check Pass mandator drug testing Have a clean driving record and clean background check. Reliable transportation and valid drivers license a must. Applicant maybe required to drive between locations.
