Seeking monthly jam space

I am a one man DJ needing a small showcase room (ideally 20x20 or larger) so I can jam. I'd need to be able to leave my equipment in the room secured during that time. I would also need access to the location for 24 hours but willing to negotiate on this. My budget is around $500 so please reach out with serious inquiries. Looking in the Chicago area or burbs.
