The URA will be comprised of five members selected based on their interest in and knowledge of community planning, urban renewal, and business management. The original appointment of the five members will be as follows: one (1) for a term of one (1) year, one (1) for a term of two (2) years, one (1) for a term of three (3) years, one (1) for a term of four (4) years, and one (1) for a term of five (5) years. Thereafter, each appointment will hold a term of five (5) years.
