Red iPhone found - Arch between Vine & Rose

iPhone found in street. On my walk in Berkeley today I found a red iPhone in the street on Arch between Vine and Rose. It seems to be one of the Plus models, perhaps an iPhone 7 or 8. It has a T-Mobile sim card. While it is largely intact there is some broken glass on the back. I brought it home with the intention of recharging it and trying to figure out how to get it back to its owner but it will not boot. I hope this post provides a connection with the owner so that I can return it. Suggestions for sorting this out are welcome.
