Get ready for a workout… this is our fitness class that does not involve any dancing. Think of it more as weight training, only using your body! This class is perfect for those who’d like to get fit or stay fit. Build key muscles that will improve your strength and make many pole dance moves and tricks more attainable. You can go barefoot or wear workout shoes in this class.
Level: Any (newbie, beginner, intermediate, advanced)
