Septic system on a boat needs minor repair

We've got a 50'ft boat with a septic sanitation system onboard (tank, vacuum flushing, etc) Symptoms: One of our toilet's vacuum pumps runs for ~30 seconds, then is quiet for 10 seconds, then runs again for 30 seconds. It otherwise works/flushes fine. I've turned it off so we don't burn it out. What we tried: We've tried replacing vacuum pump and duck bill valves, but that didn't help. What we would like your help with: We think somewhere between our toilet bowl and the vacuflush, there's some kind of air or water leak. It might just be at the base of the toilet bowl. We are looking for someone who can come help troubleshoot and fix this.
