Job Description Job Title: Production Staff Dept: Manufacturing Reports to: Production Manager, Production Lead Job Class: Non -Exempt Hourly Position Summary: Responsible for cannabis production including but not limited to: trimming, packaging flower, packaging concentrate, labeling jars, labeling bags, creating pre-rolls, packaging pre-rolls, labeling outgoing orders, assisting with fulfillment of orders and any other production & supply chain tasks as needed. Duties and Responsibilities: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Prepare and final pack all items for resale or retail Trim product and prepare for packaging Package flower, pre-rolls and concentrates Create pre-rolls Stock and restock storefront shelves Meet or exceed hourly & daily production benchmarks Ensure cleanliness of production areas Qualifications: Strong attention to detail Team player High-energy, enthusiasm and ability to pivot quickly from task to task Ability to visually examine products for quality and signage/labeling accuracy Prior packaging/assembly line work history a plus Knowledge of cannabis processing including the variety of products and consumption preferred Must be comfortable learning new skills At least 21 years of age Skills and Attitudes: Must be motivated, hard-working, and passionate. This position requires someone with the ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities. Must have ability to:  Perform job functions with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy  Prioritize and organize  Be a clear thinker, remain calm, and resolve problems using good judgment  Follow through with all directions thoroughly  Understand the store front and delivery needs  Work cohesively as a team with co-workers Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations: Valid Driver’s License Physical Requirements: Must be able to sit/stand/walk for up to 8 hours at a time Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds safely and properly Ability to work in a stressful, fast-paced environment meeting deadlines and production goals Must be well organized and understand the flow of production processing Must be able to work days, nights, holidays and weekends as needed Job Type: Full-time Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
