Shipping/Receiving Coordinator We’re looking for a dynamic, focused and friendly new team member! About us: Orbridge, founded in 2008, is a growing travel organization that specializes in educational tour programs for small groups in unique destinations. Our primary client base includes alumni organizations from universities across the country, and we are expanding into new markets as we grow. We’re located on Bainbridge Island. Essential Duties & Responsibilities – Including but not limited to: • Support all departments with shipping requirements and needs, including scheduling returns • Prepare paperwork for shipments, including entry of tracking into our data system • Responsible for the accuracy and maintenance of all shipping related records. • Ensure supplies/materials/products are being packaged according to packaging procedures • Monitor packaging inventory levels and review with manager • Purchase and pick material for guide supply orders, as needed • Receive and stock incoming supplies/materials as needed • Maintain shipping supplies, boxes, labels, ink, card printing supplies etc. • Ensure the on-time shipment of guest related materials (libraries and welcome boxes) • Required to perform the job functions in a safe manner • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities • Basic computer skills, Microsoft Office (Word/Excel), MAC • Highly detail oriented with accurate data entry skills • Ability to work in a team environment • Familiar with the use of various tools, including hand trucks, box knives, tape guns etc. Education and Experience Required • High School diploma, or equivalent • Proficient with FedEx Ship Manager • Knowledge of international shipping Full-time Position – Available Immediately Mon – Fri 8:00AM – 4:30PM 401K and Medical benefits provided Please respond to this ad with a cover letter and resume via email Due to the high volume of applicants, we may not be able to get back to you.
