MIDDLETOWN, CT - A Middletown resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On June 21, Shelbia Watford Leary, of Middletown, purchased a Play 4 Day ticket from the HNZ Petro Plus in Middletown and won $10,000.
