HAMDEN, CT - A North Haven resident is $13,900 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in Hamden earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On June 18, Ronald Barthel, of North Haven, purchased a FAST PLAY - $5 HOT TICKET PROGRESSIVE ticket from the Hamden Mart and won $13,900.
