Hottie lamottie (tall, dark & handsome guy) in a grey or black car driving west on 45th, I was driving east. I think you had another guy in your passenger seat? We were both at a stop light and stared at each other for a solid few secs and honestly I was taken aback and couldn't think about saying anything until it was too late and you had to drive away...
