I need a place to play and sing/jam/no gig

I used to run a jam at the SUNSHINE RV RESORT for 4 years. COVID shut it until further notice. I might have it available again but in the meantime ??? I’m looking for a place to jam, not a gig. I have a bass player, acoustic guitar, and I do vocals and play acoustic. My forte is classic country and some recent country like cris Stapleton etc. I also like classic rock and blues. Would like to find another player/vocalist and a place to practice.
