BRIDGEPORT, CT — The new Hartford Healthcare Amphitheater in Bridgeport will open on July 28 with the Reo Speedwagon and Styx- We Are Back Tour, organizers announced. Formerly The Ballpark at Harbor Yard, the new amphitheater will showcase national and international acts, such as Kings of Leon; Harry Connick, Jr.; Little Big Town; Alice Cooper, and more. The venue — "Powered by Live Nation" — was the home of the Bridgeport Bluefish minor league baseball team, and it seats 5,700. For more information, click here.
