FOR IMMEDIATE HIRE Machine Operator is a full-time, first shift position located in our 72,000 sqft distribution center within Neenah’s South Park. You will be working within a friendly dedicated team in a clean environment with the opportunity to learn and grow. The Machine Operator is responsible for the day to day activities needed to support operations of our custom paper services and envelope printing business. This position will set up and run jobs to apply customizations based on customer specifications, then package the final product in preparation for shipping. These custom services include: • Paper Trimming • Paper Perforating • Paper Scoring • Paper Drilling • Envelope Printing We're looking for someone who is meticulous with a strong eye for detail, is self-motivated with the desire and ability to learn and grow with the position, has a positive attitude and can be a team player. This is an entry level position with the opportunity to move up to the more advanced aspects of our custom services business. On the job training will be provided. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Candidate with experience in printing and/or graphic design is preferred (but not required) and may qualify for a higher starting pay rate. This is a first shift, 40 hour/week position with benefits, 401K and starting pay rate between $14.75 - $16.75, based on experience and qualifications. Please respond to this ad if you're interested.
