Press release from Kendall County Sheriff's Office: 06/22/2021 3:32 AM 06-21-21 2021-1681, Retail Theft: On 06/21/21 at 4:41 p.m., sheriff's deputies responded to the 2500 block of Light Road in Oswego Township for a report of a retail theft. The investigation is ongoing. 2021-1681, Retail Theft: 2021-1683, Criminal Damage to Property / Burglary: On 06/21/21 at 6:27 p.m., sheriff's deputies responded to a report of criminal damage to property in the 2500 block of Light Road in Oswego Township. The incident was investigated and Lamarciano Hudson, a 19-year-old male from the 22000 block of Taylor Road in Romeoville, was taken into custody and charged with felony criminal damage to property and burglary.  Hudson was transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing and will have a bond hearing on 6/22/21. The Sheriff's Office would like to remind the public that all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
