Our Techs work directly with our customers, installing and servicing ADT Security Systems and Smart Home equipment for our residential accounts. Our typical technician visits 2-3 homes per day and works 5-6 days per week. Duties include: *Working with customers to properly provide the security they want *Explaining the benefits and features of our products and services *Installing new Smart Home Security systems *Servicing and troubleshooting existing systems *Adding additional equipment and services to our customers *Basic inventory management We're looking for a professional who: *Can quickly absorb and retain technical and product knowledge *Is handy and comfortable working with drills, screwdrivers, wire snakes etc. *Is willing to work flexible hours including early mornings and evenings when necessary *Most importantly, loves working with people!
