The housekeeper is responsible for performing cleaning duties in public areas, guest rooms, and resident apartments in order to maintain a clean, attractive, and sanitary community. Work may be assigned in Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, or the Health Care Center (Skilled Nursing). Excellent customer service skills Here is what you will do Treats residents with dignity, respect, gentleness, and kindness. Cleans public areas, guest rooms, and resident’s apartments, including bathrooms, kitchens, patios & windows, floors, furniture and common areas. Empties wastebaskets, and transports trash and waste to disposal area. Reports potentially unsafe conditions or maintenance related issues promptly to Supervisor. Cleans floors utilizing proper operation of floor cleaning equipment. Ensures that established infection control and standard precaution practices are maintained when performing housekeeping procedures. Notify supervisors of any damages that are incurred while working. Adheres to departmental uniform guidelines. Completes other duties as assigned. We work with a vulnerable population, and to protect our residents, the COVID-19 vaccine, annual Influenza (Flu) vaccine, Drug Screen and Background Check are conditions of employment. Compensation and Benefits Pay Range: $13 - 15 per hour. Pay is based on Experience and Education. Frasier offers a comprehensive benefits package to all employees working at least 32 hours per week.
