This job will entail the following:
Maintain job site signage, job site cleanliness, and job site safety. Manage project temporary heat and humidity and house protection. Manage materials. Maintain storage locker and tools. Manage day labor. Assist with proper execution of punch lists as generated by Project Manager. Job site mobilization and close out. Assist PM/Supers with warranty work.
