NASHUA, NH — Jose Antonio Vazquez, 47, of Burke Street in Nashua was arrested on June 17, 2021, on driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent, suspension of vehicle registration, and prohibitions-driver's license charges. Phillip James Mello, 37, homeless, was arrested on June 17 on a disorderly conduct charge and a violation of city ordinance-public drinking/open container citation. Carlos Ramirez, 37, of Broad Street in Nashua was arrested on June 17 on a violation of probation or parole charge. Benjamin R. Keenan, 29, of Campbell Mill Road in Mason was arrested on domestic violence-simple assault, criminal mischief, and theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charges. Edward F. Bush, 36, of Hawkstead Hollow in Nashua was arrested on a simple assault charge on June 17. Zachary Cote, 27, of Russell Street in Nashua was arrested on June 17 on simple assault, disorderly conduct, and three resisting arrest or detention charges. Alton Alexander Ellis, 37, of Worcester Street in Nashua was arrested on a receiving stolen property-less than $1,000 charge on June 16. Maria Stephanie Rivas, 21, of Pine Street in Nashua was arrested on June 16 on two violation of protective order charges. Victor Sanchez, 31, of Highland Avenue in Salem was arrested on June 16 on operating without a valid license, uninspected vehicle, and two resisting arrest or detention charges. Jose Leonardo Sepulveda-Torres, 29, of Holmes Street in Nashua was arrested on June 16 on an operating without a valid license charge. Richard Walter Sponagle, 43, homeless, was arrested on an electronic bench warrant on June 16 for nonappearance in court. Marion Lee Smith, 45, of Highland Street in Nashua was arrested on an electronic bench warrant on June 16 for nonappearance in court. She is accused of felony theft by unauthorized taking after an incident in Concord in February. Smith is due back in Merrimack County Superior Court on Aug. 5. Reyes Davis Fragoso, 23, of Kingston Street in Lawrence, Massachusetts, was arrested on June 16 on was arrested on an electronic bench warrant for nonappearance in court and driving after revocation or suspension charge.
